摘 要:从肉食供应和产业发展两个方面,总结回顾了"十三五"时期我国肉类食品行业的变化,针对当前行业发展中面临的生猪产能恢复、非洲猪瘟防控、屠宰布局调整、肉类精深加工、冷链物流建设、肉食健康营养等主要问题,提出了"十四五"规划期肉类食品行业的政策建议:支持重点龙头企业加强畜禽养殖基地建设;支持屠宰企业优化产业结构,满足消费升级需求;组织建立全国生猪及生猪产品统一调运系统;加强行业监管,保障肉食安全;更好发挥行业协会作用,加快形成新发展格局。The changes of Chinese meat industry during the 13 th Five Year Plan period were summarized and reviewed from two aspects of meat supply and industrial development.In view of the main problems in the current industry development including pig productivity recovery,African swine fever prevention and control,slaughtering layout adjustment,meat deep processing,construction of cold chain logistics,meat health and nutrition,and the policy suggestions of Chinese meat industry during the 14 th Five Year Plan period were put forward and they were as follows:the strengthening of the construction of livestock and poultry raising base by important pole enterprises was supported,and the optimization of the industrial structure was supported,and the satisfaction of consumption demand of slaughtering enterprises wasmet,and the establishment of a national unified allocation and transportation system for pigs and pig products was organized,and industry regulation was strengthened,and meat safety was guaranteed,and the role of trade associations was better played,and the formation of new development patterns was accelerated.
