摘 要:以ISO9000质量管理、战略计划与展开等理论为基础,以审核评估范围的项目、要素和要点为视角,以影响专业教学质量的关键因素为切入点,构建满足利益相关者需求的专业教学质量保障体系。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法,揭示了专业教学质量保障体系涵盖的18项要素及其重要度、6个子体系及其功能。研究显示体系各部分通过"运行模式—实施过程—过程改进"的不断调试,能够发挥体系整体效能,提升专业教学质量的科学化、系统化水平。The study aims to construct a Major Teaching Quality Assurance System that meets the needs of stakeholders based on the theories of ISO9000 quality management, strategic planning and deployment, from the perspective of the projects, elements and key points of the scope of audit and evaluation, and from the perspective of the key factors that affect the major teaching quality. By using the methods of documentation, questionnaire survey and expert interview, the study reveals 18 elements and their importance, 6 sub-systems and their functions covered by the major teaching quality assurance system. The study shows that through the continuous debugging of "operation mode-implementation process-process improvement", each part of the system can give full play to the overall efficiency of the system and improve the scientific and systematic level of major teaching quality.
