肿瘤科护士对安宁疗护知识、态度、行为的调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤科护士对安宁疗护知识、态度、行为及影响因素。方法采取便利抽样法,选取2019年11月~12月深圳市5所三甲医院肿瘤科128名护士进行安宁疗护知信行调查,采用多元回归分析影响肿瘤科护士安宁疗护知信行的相关因素。结果肿瘤科护士安宁疗护知识评分(64.87±5.11)分,其中灵性照护评分最低;态度评分(68.97±5.89)分,其中对安宁疗护理解的自我评价评分最低;行为评分(64.81±5.02)分,其中治疗原则评分较低。经多元回归分析结果显示,学历、职称、工作时间、宗教信仰是影响肿瘤科护士安宁疗护知识的主要因素(P<0.05);职称、宗教信仰是影响安宁疗护态度的主要因素(P<0.05);学历、职称、工作时间是影响肿瘤科护士安宁疗护行为的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤科护士对安宁疗护的认知、态度及行为水平较低,护理管理者应采取针对性教育培训,促进安宁疗护的开展。Objective To explore the investigation and influencing factors of oncology nurses'knowledge,belief,and behavior(knowledge,belief,and behavior).Methods 128 cases of nurses from the oncology department of five local top three hospitals were selected to conduct investigations on tranquility,care,information,and behavior from November 2019 to December 2019.The relevant factors that affected the oncology nurses,treatment and knowledge were analyzed with multivariate regression analysis.Results The oncology nurses'knowledge score of peaceful care was(64.87±5.11),the spiritual care dimension was the lowest;the attitude score was(68.97±5.89),the self-assessment score for the understanding oftranquility care was low;and the behavior score was(64.81±5.02)points,the treatment principle score was lower.The seen that academic qualifications,professional titles,working hours,and religious beliefs are the main factors affecting oncology nurses'peaceful treatment by multiple regression analysis(P<0.05),while professional titles and religious beliefs are the main factors that affect the peaceful treatment beliefs(P<0.05),Education,professional title,working time are main factors affecting the oncology nursing behavior of nurses in oncology department(P<0.05).Conclusion Oncology nurses have a low level of awareness,attitude and behavior on tranquility care,so nursing managers can adopt targeted education and training to promote the practice of tranquility care.
