摘  要:以聚氨酯泡沫为基体,采用化学镀方法制备多孔Ni-Mo合金电极,研究得到最佳配方和工艺条件为:NiSO 4·6H2O 25 g·L^-1,Na 2 MoO 4·2H2O 10 g·L^-1,NaKC 4 O 6 H 4·2H2O 8 g·L^-1,Na 3 C 6 H 5 O 7·2H2O 20 g·L^-1,NH 3·H2O 60 mL/L,NaH 2 PO 2·H2O 14.5 g·L^-1,温度45℃,磁力搅拌,时间60 min。在该条件下制备的多孔Ni-Mo合金电阻率低,表观原子组成为Ni 88.53 Mo 11.47,呈现面心立方结构NiMo和置换固溶体Ni 4 Mo,比表面积大,析氢催化活性好。Porous Ni-Mo alloy electrode were prepared,in this work,using polyurethane foams as the substrate by electroless plating.The impact of the concentration of different components in bath and process parameters on the hydrogen evolution catalytic property of porous Ni-Mo alloy was systematically studied.The optimized bath composition and process conditions are as follows:NiSO 4·6H 2O 25 g·L^-1,Na 2MoO 4·2H 2O 10 g·L^-1,NaKC 4O 6H 4·2H 2O 8 g·L^-1,Na 3C 6H 5O 7·2H 2O 20 g·L^-1,NH 3·H 2O 60 mL·L^-1,NaH 2PO 2·H 2O 14.5 g·L^-1,temperature 45℃,magnetic stirring at medium speed,and time 60 min.The resistivity of the porous Ni-Mo alloy obtained thereunder was much lower.The obtained atomic composition of the alloy was Ni 88.53 Mo 11.47,mainly in the face-centered cubic structure NiMo and replacement solid solution Ni 4Mo,which features a high specific surface area and good hydrogen evolution catalytic property.
