摘　　要：高职院校的专科学历已经不能满足社会发展与高职毕业生成长的需求,并且专升本的路径又具有单一性、一次性特点,这是职业教育体系亟待解决的问题。构建符合社会发展和人才成长需求的现代高等职业教育体系必须着力改革当前的专升本制度,拓宽专升本多元路径。The junior college degree in higher vocational colleges can no longer meet the needs of social development and the growth of higher vocational graduates.However,the path of upgrading from college to university is characterized by oneness and singleness,which is an urgent problem to be solved in the vocational education system.To build a modern higher vocational education system that meets the needs of social deve lopment and talent growth,there is a need to focus on reforming the current system of upgrading from college to university and broadening the multiple paths of this upgrading.
