摘　　要：针对电子产品企业供应链中的库存问题,分析了电子供应链的特点,分析了库存商品中存在的几种常见问题,并提出了电子产品公司供应链库存管理解决方案。Aiming at the inventory problems in the supply chain of electronic product companies,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the electronic supply chain,and several common problems in inventory goods,and proposes a supply chain inventory management solution for electronic product companies.
