浅谈金龙客车爬坡无力的故障诊断与排除

摘　　要：客车爬坡无力是司机非常头疼的问题,满车的乘客,车辆却无法快速爬坡,还遭受客户投诉。同时客车爬坡无力也是售后维修中较为常见的故障,客车爬坡无力的原因有很多,有的故障较为容易排查,可能更换某个传感器就可以解决问题,而有的则排查数天,也未必能查到原因。本文则从真实的故障案例出发,首先分析了客车爬坡无力的一些原因,然后再结合所列举的原因,利用排除法,由简到难的逐项排查,最后查出故障为喷油器内部磨损,导致燃油异常泄漏,使发动机的动力下降,从而车辆爬坡无力。文中所列举的车辆爬坡无力的原因,以及对真实故障的整个排查思路和方法,希望对同行在检修客车爬坡无力时有一定的借鉴意义。The inability of passenger cars to climb hills is a headache for drivers.The car is full of passengers but it cannot climb hills quickly,which leads to customer’s complaints.At the same time,the inability of the passenger car to climb is also a common fault in the after-sales maintenance.There are many reasons for the inability of the passenger car to climb.Some faults are easier to troubleshoot.It may be possible to replace a sensor to solve the problem,while others may be checked for several days and the causes cannot be found.This article starts from a real failure case.First,it analyzes some of the reasons for the inability of the passenger car to climb the slope,and then combines the listed reasons and uses the troubleshooting method to investigate item by item from simple to diffi cult.Finally,it is found that the fault is inside the injector,and the wear and tear causes abnormal fuel leakage,which reduces the power of the engine and makes the vehicle unable to climb.The reasons for the inability of climbing are listed in the article,as well as the overall troubleshooting ideas and methods for real faults,hoping to give certain reference signifi cance for colleagues in repairing passenger cars when they are unable to climb.
