摘　　要：本文文例结合、图文相辅地阐述张西俭关于辨病机结构论治的学术观点和临床经验。辨析病机,其根本是展现其清晰的结构,以使医者找出导致疾病所以然和标本缓急的病机及方证对应体系,有利于治疗方案准确全面、合理的安排。辨病、辨证和辨症是三个不同诊断层次上的中医诊断概念,辨症论治和辨病论治属于经验模式,而病机结构辨治是中医临床模式的高级理性模式,也是中医临床学术的精髓,辨证过程中辨明病机结构对于正确认识疾病、分析病机进而逐步治疗具有重要的临床意义,符合中医临床思维的本质,经得起临床验证,具有实效易学的特点,值得临床大力提倡运用。In this paper,the author expounds the academic view and clinical experience of Prof.ZHANG Xi-jian on the pathogenesis structure.In order to find out the pathogenesis of the disease and principal and secondary aspects of a disease promptly or slowly the corresponding system of the prescription,it is beneficial to the accurate and comprehensive and reasonable arrangement of the treatment plan.Disease differentiation and pathogenesis differentiation and syndrome differentiation are the diagnostic concepts of the traditional Chinese medicine at three different levels of diagnosis.The disease differentiation and the syndrome differentiation belong to the experience mode,and the differentiation of the pathogenesis and the pathogenesis is the high-level rational model of the clinical mode of the Chinese medicine.It is also the essence of the clinical science of the Chinese medicine.In the process of differentiation the pathogenesis structure is of great importance to the correct understanding of the disease,the analysis of the pathogenesis,and further the step-by-step treatment,which is in accordance with the essence of the clinical thinking of the Chinese medicine,can stand by the clinical verification,has the characteristics of effective and easy-to-learn,and is worthy of clinical and great promotion and application.
