摘　　要：史地教育委员会是抗战时期国民政府教育部设立的一个专业咨询委员会,其宗旨在推进当时学校和整个社会的爱国主义史地教育,更好激发国民的保家卫国精神。本文搜罗相关的第一手资料,对该会的设置及围绕前述宗旨展开的诸项工作和得失做了较详考察,从中颇可窥抗战时期国民爱国教育之一斑,并对史地学如何发挥社会教育功能亦有相当的启示。The Committee on Historical Geography Education was a special consulting committee established by the Education Department of the Nationalist government during the anti-Japanese war.It attempted to promote patriotism through historical geography education in schools and the society as a whole,so as to invoke people’s spirit of protecting the country.By searching the first-hand historical materials,this paper investigates the configuration,operations,gains and losses of the committee in order to help us understand the patriotic education during the time and show how historical geography education functioned.
