高校体育专业排球裁判员的培养与研究

摘　　要：随着排球赛事的不断增加,社会对裁判员的需求量也越来越大,对排球裁判员的业务水平和临场要求也不断提高。长期以来,体育院校是我国排球裁判员的主要培养机构,高校体育专业的学生具有较高水平的专业理论知识和良好的综合素质,成为排球裁判员队伍发展的优秀人才资源。本文通过观察法、文献资料法、逻辑分析法,归纳高校体育专业排球裁判员的培养现状,为我国裁判员发展提出建议。With the continuous increase of volleyball matches,the demand of the society for referees is also increasing,and the professional level of volleyball referees and on-the-spot requirements are also improving.For a long time,sports colleges and universities are the main training institutions for volleyball referees in China.Students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities have a high level of professional theoretical knowledge and good comprehensive qualit y,and become excel lent talent resources for the development of volleyball referees.Through observation,literature and logic analysis,this paper sums up the present situation of training volleyball referees in college sports,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of volleyball referees in China.
