摘 要:随着我国经济的发展,社会的进步,教育水平的提升,教育理念的转变,高校体育教学的相关问题也渐渐引起了人们的重视。不同教育理念都在现实情况中得到了实践与应用,这也提高了对教师效能的要求。在多属性理论下,高校体育教师如果不能够不断提升自身教学能力并树立先进的教学意识,就无法真正达成体育教学的具体目标,为了让高校体育教师持续进步,需要通过效能评价来对其进行督促。据此,本文分析了高校体育教师效能评价指标体系的相关问题,希望能够对现实有所裨益。With the development of our country’s economy,the progress of society,the improvement of education level,and the transformation of educational concepts,the issues related to physical education in colleges and universities have gradually attracted people’s attention.Different educational concepts have been practiced and applied in reality,which has also increased the requirements for teachers’effectiveness.Under the multi-attribute theory,if college physical education teachers cannot continuously improve their teaching ability and establish advanced teaching consciousness,they cannot truly achieve the specific goals of physical education teaching.In order for college physical education teachers to continue to progress,they need to be evaluated through efficiency evaluation.Based on this,this paper analyzes the related problems of the evaluation index system of physical education teachers’effectiveness in colleges and universities,hoping to be beneficial to reality.
