摘  要:"运动素养"一词目前被教育和体育组织用作支持青少年全面发展的一种手段,包括学习的心理运动、认知和情感领域。对运动素养的认识可以被看作是一个连续的过程,它受到生活经验和与身体互动的积极和消极影响。本文对缺乏运动素养的后果进行了阐述,强调了运动素养的相关组成部分,这些组成部分取决于个体中等强度到高强度的身体活动经历的数量和质量,并提出相关策略,为加强青少年的运动素养提供依据。The term"sports literacy"is currently used by educational and sports organizations as a means to support the full development of adolescents,including areas of psychomotor,cognitive and emotional learning.The journey of physical literacy can be viewed along a continuum that may be inf luenced both positively and negatively by life experiences and interactions with the physical world.This paper expounds the consequences of the lack of sports literacy,and emphasizes the relevant components of sports literacy,highlights the interrelated components of physical literacy that are dependent on the quantity and quality of individual moderate to vigorous physical activity experiences,and put forward the relevant strategies,to provides a basis for strengthening the physical literacy of teenage.
