健脾利水方辅助腹腔热灌注化疗提高恶性腹水疗效的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾利水方配合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗恶性腹水的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1~10月收治的恶性腹水患者60例为研究对象,采用抽签法分为参照组与研究组,各30例。参照组采用腹腔热灌注化疗,研究组采用健脾利水方配合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗,对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清肿瘤标记物、血管紧张素Ⅱ、二胺氧化酶水平及腹围、尿量。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清癌胚抗原、CA125、血管紧张素Ⅱ及二胺氧化酶水平均低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后腹围小于参照组,尿量多于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:恶性腹水患者采用健脾利水方配合腹腔热灌注化疗,可提高治疗效果,减少腹围。Objetive:To investigate the clinical effect of Jianplishui dcoection combinod with intraper itoneal hyperthemic perfiusion chemotherapy for malignant ascites.Mecthods:From January to October in 2019,60 patients with malignant ascites ware selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and studty group with 30 cases in each group by drawing lots methodl.The contol group was treatd with intraperitoncal byperthermic perflusion chemotherapy,and the stuady group was trastod with Jianpilishui decoction combined with intaperitoneal hyperthermic per fusion chemotherapy.The elinical fficacy,scrum tumor markers,angiotensin II,diamine oxidase levels,abdominal circumfierence and urine volume before and after treatnent were comparod betwean the two groups Rcsults:The total efective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the Serum carcinoenbryonic antigen,CA125,angiotensin II and diamine oxidase lewels in the studty goup after treatnent were lower than those in the control group(P<005);the aboninal circumference of the study group afer treatment ware smaller fthan fhat of the control goup,and the urine volume were more than fhat of the control group(P<005).Conclusion:For patients with malignant scits,Jianpilishui docoction combined with intrsperitoncal hyperthemic perflusion cdhemotherapy can efectively inprove the fherapeutic ffoct educe the albodominal circunferenoe.
