摘　　要：慢性疼痛作为主观感觉和情绪体验,为残疾鉴定实践常见的残情表现之一,严重影响伤者的生活、工作和社交活动。然而,在我国现行的残疾标准体系中,缺乏疼痛相关残疾鉴定方法理论,条款设置也存在空白。本文通过介绍美国医学会《永久性残损评定指南》、韩国医学会残损评定指南、澳大利亚昆士兰指南以及英国人身伤害案件一般性赔偿金评估指南中的主观疼痛残损评定体系,展开疼痛相关残损评定原则和方法的可靠性和有效性的讨论,为我国残疾标准纳入慢性疼痛的残情提供方向和思考。As an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience,chronic pain is a common complaint of evaluation of impairment,which significantly interferes with individuals'daily lives and social activities.Guides and methods of Pain-related impairment evaluation is not included in the technical standards in effect in China.We reviewed the pain-related impairment rating systems on American Medical Association Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment,Korean Academy of Medical Sciences Guideline-Rating the Impairment in Pain,Queensland’s Guidelines for Evaluation of Permanent Impairment and Judicial College Guidelines for the Assessment of General Damages in Personal Injury Cases,and discussed controversies surrounding pain-related impairment,and the validity and reliability of rating principle and method to provide advice and guidance on the assessment of chronic pain in the context of impairment evaluation in China.
