摘　　要：基于决策理性、创新搜索、组织双元性等相关理论,以四家逆向国际化企业为例,运用探索性纵向案例研究方法分析了创新搜索及其与决策理性的匹配对组织双元性的影响。结果发现:第一,单一搜索策略(聚焦搜索或多源搜索)不利于提升组织双元性;第二,聚焦搜索与效果推理以及多源搜索与因果推理匹配有利于组织双元性发展;第三,在企业逆向国际化发展进程中,创新搜索和决策理性从单一匹配(单一搜索和单一决策匹配)逐渐演化成为双元匹配(双元搜索和双元理性匹配),并促进组织双元性发展。研究在丰富创新搜索与决策理性相关研究的同时,为逆向国际化企业双元能力提升及转型升级提供参考。In the era of open innovation,innovation search has become an important means for reverse internationalization enterprises(RIEs)to improve organizational ambidexterity(OA)in the process of transformation.Based on theories of decision rationality,innovation search and OA,an exploratory case study is conducted on four RIEs from Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces,and the impacts of innovation search on OA and the matching relationship between innovation search and decision rationality are discussed.The results show that both of focus search and muti-focus search strategies have negative effects on OA.However,when focused search and muti-focus search are matched with effectuation and causation respectively,they can promote the development of OA.In the process of reverse internationalization,innovation search and decision rationality gradually evolve from single fit(single search and single decision matching)to ambidexterity fit(ambidextrous search and ambidextrous decision matching),and the ambidexterity fit has a better impact on OA.The results enrich the research of innovation search and decision-making rationality,and provide a guidance for RIEs’upgrading.
