摘　　要：新形势下提升高校思政工作的关键是提升思政教育的亲和力和针对性,从而满足学生成长发展的需求和期待。通过调研部分高校辅导员思想政治教育非权力性影响力构建现状,提出相关对策建议,从而增强高校思想政治教育的时效性和实效性。Under the new situation,the key to improve the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is to enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education,so as to meet the needs and expectations of students'growth and development.In this paper,through research on the construction of counselors’non-power influence of the ideological and political education,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the work.
