摘　　要：设计的探测器内部特殊MEMS结构,读出电路需要能够提供低噪声、带宽的数模混合电路保障。该数模混合电路是长波8~14μm非制冷红外热成像系统中的重要技术。Because of the special MEMS structure in the detector designed in this paper, the readout circuit needs to be able to provide low noise and bandwidth of digital analog hybrid circuit. The digital analog hybrid circuit is an important technology in long wave 8~14 μm uncooled infrared thermal imaging system.
