摘　　要：阐述在教学过程中,充分对接世界技能大赛飞机维修项目标准要求,以实际工作的工艺流程为导向,进行课程改革和教育实践,从而培养出高素质的技能人才。In the teaching process, according to the standard requirements of the world skills competition aircraft maintenance project, this paper describes the practical work process oriented curriculum reform and education practice, so as to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel.
