摘　　要：通过对葡聚糖的研究现况进行综述,对硫酸化修饰葡聚糖的最新研究进行总结,讨论了它们的联系与区别,并讨论了硫酸化修饰葡聚糖的药理作用、毒理作用、临床功效及经济利用价值,尤其探讨了硫酸化葡聚糖作为饲料添加剂使用的优势,为以后替代使用抗生素作为饲料添加剂提供了新的药物选择,并对以后开发新型药物、新型饲料添加剂具有借鉴意义。In this paper,the present status of research on glucan is reviewed,the latest research on sulfated yeast glucan is summarized,and the relationship and difference between glucan and sulfated yeast glucan are discussed.Furthermore,the pharmacology,toxicology,clinical efficacy and economic value of sulfated modified dextran are elaborated.In particular,the advantages of sulfated yeast glucan as a feed additive are presented,which provides a new drug choice for the alternative use of antibiotics as feed additives in the future,and offers reference for the development of new drugs and feed additives.
