体育教育专业大学生运动伤害与风险防控研究

摘　　要：随着全民健身升温,教育部强化学校体育工作等文件出台,体育教育专业学生既是现行大学生的重要成员,又是将来青少年学生体育活动的指导者,究竟该如何减少或者控制他们运动伤害的发生有待解决。该文以韶关学院体育教育专业学生为调查对象,主要采用文献资料、问卷调查、逻辑分析等研究方法,对学生运动伤害事故发生以及学生对运动风险的认知进行了调查,分析了相关原因,提出了风险防控的策略。With the rise of national fitness,the ministry of Education issued related documents to strengthen the school physical education work,students of physical education major are not only an important member of the current university students,but also the future activity director of young students’physical activities,how to reduce or control their sports injuries is waiting for solution.Taking the students majoring in physical education in Shaoguan University as the investigation objects,the research methods such as literature materials,questionnaire survey and logical analysis were adopted to investigate the occurrence of students’sports injury accidents and students’cognition of sports risk this paper,analyzes the relevant reasons and puts forward the strategies of risk prevention and control.
