摘  要:高职教育是在义务教育的基础上,培养技能化、专业化人才的教育。近年来随着高职教改的不断深入,其课程设置和培养模式日益得到创新,技能训练和理论讲授也日益得到强化,而这对于学生职业能力和职业精神的可持续发展是极为有利的。基于此,该文主要就如何在高职教改的背景下培养学生职业能力可持续发展展开探讨,以期为其他高职教育工作者提供借鉴和参考。Higher vocational education is based on compulsory education to cultivate skilled and professional talents.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of higher vocational education reform,its curriculum and training mode are increasingly innovative,and skills training and theoretical teaching are increasingly strengthened,which is extremely beneficial to the sustainable development of students’professional ability and professionalism.Based on this,the author mainly discusses how to cultivate the sustainable development of students’professional ability in the context of higher vocational education reform,in order to provide reference for other higher vocational education workers.
