摘　　要：本文以《学位授予单位研究生教育质量保证体系建设基本规范》为衡量标准,以制度建设为衡量准绳,分析内蒙古高校研究生教育质量保证体系建设现状、存在问题,提出改进措施,发现内蒙古高校研究生教育质量保证体系整体构架还不健全,某些指标整体缺失或不健全,院校间建设不平衡,内蒙古高校应对照上述基本规范查缺补漏,尽快制订实施方案并完善相关制度,建立健全研究生教育质量保证体系,不断提高研究生教育质量。Based on the standards of the Basic Norms for the Construction of the Quality Assurance System of Postgraduate Education Degree Awarding and the construction of institution,this paper analyzes the current situations of the construction of the quality assurance system of the postgraduate education in the colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia.And it also points out the problems existing during the process of construction,which includes the overall framework and some indicators of the postgraduate system in Inner Mongolia is still unsound,and the construction among colleges and universities is not balanced yet.Besides,the paper puts forward some solutions to solve these problems.For example,colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia should check the deficiencies and make up the omissions according to the basic norms,formulate the implementation plan and improve the relevant systems as soon as possible,establish and improve the quality assurance system of postgraduate education and constantly improve the quality of postgraduate producing.
