摘 要:冀东油田是渤海湾盆地重要产油区之一,随着勘探的深入,PDC钻头普及、大斜度井增多以及钻井液造浆严重等使得岩屑代表性变差,加之部分地区东二、东三段地层发育薄层玄武岩、玄武质泥岩、凝灰质砂岩、凝灰质泥岩等特殊岩性,以及测井资料相对滞后,给随钻岩性识别、地层划分及地质导向都带来了很大困难。针对这些难题,在冀东油田勘探中引入了岩屑自然伽马录井技术,通过岩屑自然伽马分析仪对岩屑进行分析,随钻获得岩屑中的自然伽马放射性特征,进而评价钻遇地层的岩性特征;同时,将应用对象井的岩屑自然伽马录井曲线与测井曲线进行对比,两者特征基本一致,能够在随钻过程中准确识别地层岩性、校正录井剖面、卡取层位。截止到2018年底,该录井技术在冀东油田共应用11口井,应用效果良好,剖面符合率均在95%以上。Jidong Oilfield is one of the main oil producing areas in Bohai Bay Basin.With the deepening of exploration,the popularization of PDC bits,the increase of highly-deviated wells and the serious mud making of drilling fluid have made the cuttings representation worse.In addition,some special lithology such as thin-layer basalt,basaltic claystone,tuffaceous sandstone and tuffaceous mudstone are developed in Dong 2 and Dong 3 Members in some areas.Moreover,the logging data is relatively backward,which brings great difficulties to the lithological discrimination,stratigraphic division and geosteering while drilling.In order to solve these problems,the cuttings natural gamma logging technology was introduced into Jidong Oilfield exploration.The cuttings are analyzed by the cuttings natural gamma analyzer,and the natural gamma radioactivity characteristics in the cuttings are obtained while drilling,and then the lithologic characteristics of the drilling strata are evaluated.At the same time,the cuttings natural gamma logging curve is compared with the log in the target well,and the characteristics of the two curves are basically the same,which can accurately identify the formation lithology,correct mud logging profile and determine the layer during the drilling process.By the end of 2018,this mud logging technology has been applied to 11 wells in Jidong Oilfield,with good application effect and profile coincidence rates of more than 95%.
