摘  要:基于生产需要,考察不同基因型种质青稞苗期的耐旱性表现,挖掘耐旱青稞种质,为青稞耐旱品种的选育提供依据。文中以280份青稞种质资源为材料,利用聚乙二醇(PEG6000)模拟干旱胁迫条件,通过主成分分析、结合耐旱系数以及聚类分析相结合的方法,对青稞苗期耐旱性进行综合评价。13个耐旱相关形态指标主成分分析表明:前5项主成分累计贡献率达80.53%,所代表的生物产量、生物量分配比、根系干物质量3类指标可作为青稞苗期耐旱性鉴定指标。根据耐旱性度量值(D值)对280份青稞种质资源按其耐旱能力进行排序,筛选出9份强耐旱种质资源。本研究结果为青稞种质资源耐旱性评价、耐旱品种选育提供了理论依据。Based on the production needs,this paper investigates the performance of drought tolerance of different genotypes of highland barley at seedling stage.It also examines the germplasm of drought-enduring highland barley so as to provide the basis for the breeding of drought-enduring highland barley.Taking 280 highland barley germplasm as materials,PEG6000 is used to simulate drought stress conditions with a purpose of evaluating the drought tolerance of highland barley at seedling stage.In this paper,principal component analysis,drought tolerance coefficient and cluster analysis are used as research methods.The principal component analysis of 13 morphological indexes which are related to drought tolerance shows that the cumulative contribution rate of the first five principal components is 80.53%.The biological yield,biomass allocation ratio and quality of root dry matter can be used as identification indexes of drought-enduring highland barley at seedling stage.According to the drought tolerance measure(D value),280 highland barley germplasm resources are sorted in line with their drought tolerance ability and 9 germplasm resources with strong drought tolerance are selected.The findings of this paper provide a theoretical basis for drought tolerance evaluation of highland barley germplasm resources and breeding of drought-enduring varieties.
