摘　　要：目的探究圆锥型套筒冠活动义齿修复对牙列缺损患者咀嚼功能与基牙健康状况的影响。方法采用随机数表法将长垣市人民医院2018年9月—2019年12月接收治疗的71例牙列缺损患者分为对照组(35例)及治疗组(36例)。对照组接受常规治疗修复,治疗组在此基础上接受圆锥型套筒冠活动义齿修复。比较分析两组治疗前后咀嚼功能与基牙的健康状况。结果与对照组(77.14%)相比较,治疗组咀嚼功能总有效率(97.22%)较高,且出血指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度均较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组基牙健康状况比对照组优,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对牙列缺损患者实施圆锥型套筒冠活动义齿修复的疗效显著,可有效改善患者咀嚼功能,维持基牙健康状况,值得深入研究。Objective To investigate the effect of conical telescopic removable denture on masticatory function and abutment health in patients with dentition defect.Methods 71 patients with dentition defect received treatment in the hospital from September,2018 to December,2019 were divided into control group(35 cases)and treatment group(36 cases).The control group received conventional treatment and restoration,and the treatment group received conical telescopic crown removable denture on this basis.The masticatory function and abutment health of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Compared with the control group(77.14%),and the total effective rate of masticatory function in the treatment group(97.22%)was higher.The bleeding index,plaque index,periodontal pocket depth were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The health status of the treatment group was better than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion It is effective to repair the denture with conical telescopic crown,which can improve the masticatory function and maintain the health of abutment teeth.So it is worth more research.
