摘　　要：众创空间作为新型的第三类办公空间正在世界范围内落地生根,作为时代发展的新兴产物正不断与智能技术等高科技手段融合。本研究从私密性、信息处理性能两个角度深入分析了当前众创空间存在的核心办公需求,并结合智能化的技术解决方案,提出动态调光玻璃、智能会议平台等智能化创新设计手段,对推动众创空间未来的发展以及办公环境研究具有一定的参考作用。As a new type of office space,makerspace is taking root in the world. As a new product of the development of the times,it is constantly being integrated with high-tech means in the form of intelligent technology. The current core office needs of current makerspace in aspects of privacy issues and information processing were analyzed deeply. Combining with intelligently technical solutions, the intelligent and innovative design methods such as dynamic privacy glass and intelligent conference platform were proposed, which will have a certain reference role for the future development of makerspace and the research of office environment.
