摘　　要：脂联素是脂肪细胞分泌的一种内源性生物活性多肽或蛋白质,在调节葡萄糖和脂类代谢中起着重要作用。脂联素还具有胰岛素增敏、抗炎症、影响血管内皮分泌功能的作用。最新的证据表明,脂联素通过中枢和外周通路实施神经保护、抗粥样硬化、抗抑郁作用。因此脂联素作为治疗中风、阿尔兹海默病、焦虑抑郁等神经系统疾病的潜在靶点正受到越来越多的关注。本文就其研究进展进行综述。Adiponectin is a kind of endogenous biologically active peptide or protein secreted by fat cells,which plays an important role in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism.It can also increase sensitivity to insulin,anti-inflammation and affect vascular endothelial secretion.The latest evidence indicated that adiponectin performed neurological protection,anti-atherosclerosis and anti-depression via central and peripheral pathways.Therefore,as a potential therapeutic target of stroke,Alzheimer′s disease,anxiety and depression etc.,adiponectin receives more and more attention.The present article made a review on its research progress.
