高校辅导员网络思想政治教育工作能力的提升策略

摘　　要：新媒体时代,网络思想政治教育已成为高校辅导员工作必不可少的重要方面。面对实际工作中存在的对开展网络思想政治教育工作的思想认识不到位、组织管理能力不足、新型师生关系定位不准、教育引导能力不足、相关工作制度不完善等问题,高校辅导员急需转变思想观念,树立服务和网络沟通理念,提升个人网络素养、优化师生关系、提升教育引导能力。在学校制订的相关工作制度指导下,逐步塑造网络思想政治教育工作良好环境,不断提升辅导员开展网络思想政治教育的工作能力。In the era of new media,network ideological and political education has become an indispensable and important aspect of college counselor’s work.In the face of the problems existing in the actual work,such as the lack of ideological understanding of the network ideological and political education work,the lack of organization and management ability,the inaccurate positioning of the new teacher-student relationship,the lack of education guidance ability,and the imperfection of the relevant work system,college counselors urgently need to change their ideas,establish the concept of service and network communication,improve their personal network literacy,optimize the relationship between teachers and students Improve the ability of education and guidance.Under the guidance of the relevant work system formulated by the school,gradually create a good environment for network ideological and political education,and constantly improve the counselor’s ability to carry out network ideological and political education.
