摘  要:王松灵院士是中国口腔医学界首位科学院院士。在唾液腺功能及相关疾病诊疗、牙再生方面取得较为系统的原创性成果。主要包括:1)发现人细胞膜硝酸盐转运通道,阐明腮腺液中高浓度硝酸盐存在的分子机制,并证明硝酸盐具有保护胃肠等器官新的重要生理功能;2)制定全国通用的腮腺慢性炎性疾病新分类及治疗指南;3)研发“牙髓间充质干细胞注射液”新药,提出“生物牙根再生”新理念并成功实现;4)发现乳恒牙替换过程中新的分子调控机制。这些科研突破对认识口腔功能及器官的保存与修复均有重要意义,多项研究成果被选入国际学术专著、教科书、特邀述评及全国统编教材。Professor Wang is the first academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences in the field of stomatology.He has made great achievement in the salivary gland diseases diagnosis and treatment,as well as tooth functional restoration.It mainly includes:1)discovering nitrate transporter Sialin(SLC17A5),elucidating the molecular mechanism of high concentration nitrate in parotid gland,and demonstrating the new important physiological and clinical functions of nitrate in gastrointestinal and other organs protection;2)establishing a new classification and treatment guideline for chronic inflammatory parotid gland diseases;3)developing“dental pulp mesenchymal stem cell injection”as a new drug of stem cells and advancing forward the concept of“bio-root regeneration”;and 4)discovering mammalian tooth replacement mechanism.These scientific breakthroughs are of great significance to the oral functional preservation and restoration.Many achievements have been recorded in international academic monographs,textbooks,invited reviews and national textbooks.
