摘  要:为对一款实验所用的定制电磁作动器进行数学建模,对电磁作动器进行大量实验和测量来采集信号数据,并通过将数据进行降噪处理和积分转换等方法分析研究了电磁作动器输入输出信号,研究拟合其数据结果,建立了此电磁作动器的数学模型。结果表明,建立的直观表达输入输出信号之间关系的电磁作动器数学模型满足后续工程使用要求。In order to build a mathematical model of a custom-made electromagnetic actuator which is used in the experiment,a large number of experiments and measurements were carried out to collect the signal data,and the input and output signals of the electromagnetic actuator.The signals were analyzed and studied by means of noise reduction processing and integral conversion,and the data results were studied and fitted,and the mathematical model of the electromagnetic actuator was established.Results show that a mathematical model of electromagnetic actuator is established to express the relationship between input and output signals intuitively,and meets the requirements of subsequent engineering.
