摘 要:为探明高填方路堤下钢波纹管涵结构的受力性状与变形规律,采用离心模型试验的方法,研究了不同路堤填筑高度、与路堤主线夹角及涵管直径对钢波纹管涵轴向、环向受力及变形特征的影响。研究结果表明:在钢波纹管涵涵顶、涵侧及涵底不同测点位置处,波峰(或波谷)的轴向应力与环向应力呈拉、压相反的变化规律,波峰的轴向应力(或环向应力)和波谷的轴向应力(或环向应力)亦呈拉、压相反的变化规律,原型工况下钢波纹管涵的最大拉、压应力分别为59.85 MPa和-59.06 MPa,涵管尚处于弹性受力阶段,满足设计使用要求;钢波纹管涵各测点的轴向、环向应力均随其与路堤主线夹角的增大呈缓慢增大的趋势,夹角从30°增大到90°时,最大拉、压应力分别增长了25.90%和30.57%;涵管直径的变化对钢波纹管涵各测点应力影响非常明显,当涵管直径由3.0 m增大到4.4 m时,最大拉、压应力分别增长了55.05%和63.49%;各测点应力随路堤填筑高度的增加呈线性变化趋势,当路堤填筑高度由14 m增加到16,20 m时,钢波纹管涵各测点最大拉应力分别是原型工况下的1.21倍、1.40倍,最大压应力分别是原型工况下的1.08倍、1.23倍;当路堤填筑高度为26 m时,钢波纹管涵的拉、压应力与应变最大值分别为251.89,-302.65 MPa和1199.49με,-1441.17με,涵管进入屈服状态。In order to find out the force behavior and the deformation rule of corrugated steel pipe culvert under high-filled embankment,the influences of different factors on the axial and circumferential stresses and deformation characteristics of the corrugated steel pipe culvert are studies by centrifugal model test method.These factors include embankment filling height,angle between embankment main line and culvert diameter.The result indicates that(1)The axial stress and the circumferential stress of the peak(or valley)at different measuring points on the top,the side and the bottom of the corrugated steel pipe culvert show the opposite change rules of tension and compression,and the axial(or circumferential)stresses of the peak and the valley also show opposite change rules of tension and compression.The maximum tensile stress and compressive stress of the corrugated steel culvert under prototype condition is 59.85 MPa and-59.06 MPa,the culvert is still at the elastic stress stage,meeting the design requirements.(2)The axial and circumferential stresses at different measuring points on the culvert increase slowly with the increase of the angle between them and the main line of the embankment.When the angle increases from 30° to 90°,the maximum tensile and compressive stresses increase by 25.90% and 30.57% respectively.(3)The change of culvert diameter has obvious influence on the stress of each measuring point on the culvert.When the culvert diameter increases from 3.0 m to 4.4 m,the maximum tensile and compressive stresses increase by 55.05% and 63.49% respectively.(4)The stress at each measuring point changes linearly with the increase of embankment filling height.When the embankment filling height increases from 14 m to 16 m and 20 m,the maximum tensile stress at each measuring point of the culvert is 1.21 times and 1.40 times the value under prototype working condition,and the maximum compressive stress is 1.08 times and 1.23 times the value under prototype working condition.(5)When the embankment filling heig
