先秦儒家义利观的现代启示

摘　　要：中国传统文化博大精深,是中华民族的精神瑰宝,它有着十分重要的社会价值。义利关系问题的思考由来已久,其实质就是如何处理好道德与利益的关系问题。先秦儒家传统义利思想在中国社会占据主导位置并影响中国社会长达两千年之久,不仅对传统社会人们的价值取向具有深远的影响,而且对当今市场经济条件下人们正确认识和处理物质利益问题也有着重要的启示作用。因而,深入理解先秦儒家的义利思想,正视社会的时代特点,批判继承其精华,致力于塑造先义后利的个人义利观,重义而不轻利的社会价值观,贵义兴利的公共道德观,以利弘义,推进物质文明和精神文明共同发展,义利兼顾,实现个人利益和集体利益的和谐统一。Chinese traditional culture is extensive and profound,it is the spiritual treasure of the Chinese nation and has a very important social value. The thought of the relationship between justice and interests has a long history,and its essence is how to deal with the relationship between morality and interests. The Confucianism of the pre-qin period dominated and influenced Chinese society for two thousand years. Not only had a profound impact on the value orientation of traditional society,but also had an important influence on people’s correct understanding and dealing with material interests under the current market economy conditions. Therefore,deeply understanding of the thought of righteousness and benefit in the pre-Qin Confucianism,facing up to the characteristics of The Times of the society,criticizing and inheriting the essence,devoted to shaping the concept of personal righteousness and profit,the social values of righteousness instead of benefit,and the public morality of high righteousness and interest. so as to promote the common development of the material and spiritual civilization by taking advantage of profit,and achieve the harmonious unification of the personal interests and the collective interests in balance of righteousness and benefit.
