摘 要:基于特征工资理论,利用湖北、贵州、上海三省市22个县的幼儿园及教师调查数据,探讨幼儿教师工资差异及其影响因素。研究发现,受教育年限、职称等因素对幼儿教师产生"投资型补偿",贫困地区和农村地区的不利工作环境对教师产生"消费型补偿"。在控制其他因素的前提下,位于贫困县和农村等艰苦条件区域的幼儿园引起的教师心理效用损失分别需要12%和14%的额外工资补偿。贫困县和农村幼儿园聘用一名同等质量的教师的成本分别高12%和14%,贫困县的农村幼儿园的教师工资成本高26%。基于"消费型补偿"估算的幼儿教师工作环境特征之经济价值有助于制定贫困县和农村地区的学前教育成本补偿政策。Based on the hedonic wage theory,this paper probes into preschool teachers’salary differences and the factors affecting them,by using the data from a survey of 22 counties in Hubei,Guizhou and Shanghai.The investment-related compensation for preschool teachers is due to such factors as their educational background and professional titles,and the consumption-related compensation for them is due to the undesirable working conditions in poverty-stricken areas or rural areas.With other factors controlled,preschool teachers from poverty-stricken counties and rural areas need a compensation of 12%and 14%salaries,respectively,due to the loss of psychological utility.Therefore,a kindergarten from a poverty-stricken county and a kindergarten from a rural area recruiting a preschool teacher need to pay additional 12%and 14%of the costs,respectively,and a rural area in a poverty-stricken county recruiting a preschool teacher needs to pay additional 26%of the costs.The economic(compensatory)value estimated based on consumption-related compensation owing to preschool teachers’undesirable working conditions helps to make the cost-compensating policy for preschool education in poverty-stricken counties and rural areas.
