摘　　要：目的探讨广西汉族与壮族症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄(sICAS)患者侧支循环不良的影响因素的差异。方法纳入60例广西汉族及64例广西壮族sICAS患者,均按照侧支循环评分分为良好组和不良组,分析汉族、壮族sICAS患者侧支循环不良的影响因素。结果年龄增加、LDL水平升高是汉族sICAS患者侧支循环不良的独立危险因素(均P<0.05);年龄增加、LDL水平升高、血管内皮生长因子水平降低是壮族sICAS患者侧支循环不良的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论汉族与壮族sICAS患者侧支循环不良的影响因素存在差异,年龄增加、LDL水平升高均是汉族和壮族sICAS患者侧支循环不良的危险因素,而血管内皮生长因子降低是壮族sICAS患者侧支循环不良的危险因素。Objective To explore differences in the influencing factors of poor collateral circulation between symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(sICAS)patients of Han and Zhuang nationalities in Guangxi.Methods Sixty sICAS patients of Guangxi Han nationality and 64 sICAS patients of Guangxi Zhuang nationality were enrolled,and were divided into good group and poor group according to the collateral circulation score.The influencing factors of poor collateral circulation in sICAS patients of Han or Zhuang nationality were analyzed.Results Aging and elevated LDL level were the independent risk factors for poor collateral circulation in sICAS patients of Han nationality(all P<0.05);aging,elevated LDL level,and decreased vascular endothelial growth factor level were the independent risk factors for poor collateral circulation in sICAS patients of Zhuang nationality(all P<0.05).Conclusion Differences in the influencing factors of poor collateral circulation exist between sICAS patients of Han and Zhuang nationalities.Aging and elevated LDL level are the risk factors for poor collateral circulation in sICAS patients of Han or Zhuang nationality;in addition,decreased vascular endothelial growth factor is the risk factor for poor collateral circulation in sICAS patients of Zhuang nationality.
