弯腰俯胸联合深呼吸矫正孕晚期臀位的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察弯腰俯胸联合深呼吸法矫正孕晚期臀位的效果。方法将150例孕晚期臀位孕妇随机分为对照组、观察组1、观察组2,每组50例,分别采用胸膝卧位、弯腰俯胸、弯腰俯胸联合深呼吸矫正胎儿臀位。观察并对比3组孕妇胎位矫正成功率、不适反应发生率和依从性。结果观察组2的臀位矫正总成功率高于观察组1和对照组(P<0.05);在臀位矫正过程中,观察组2孕妇各种不适反应发生率均低于对照组,除胎动频繁及脐带绕颈外,观察组1其余不适反应发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组1和观察组2的矫正依从性均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论弯腰俯胸联合深呼吸矫正孕晚期臀位成功率高,安全性好,孕妇依从性良好,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of stooping-chest position combined with deep breathing in correcting breech presentation in the third trimester.Methods A total of 150 pregnant women with breech presentation in the third trimester were randomly divided into control group,observation group 1 and observation group 2,with 50 cases in each group,using genucubital position,stooping-chest position,stooping-chest position combined with deep breathing to correct breech presentation,respectively.The success rate for correction of malpresentation,incidence rates of adverse reactions,and compliance of pregnant women in the three groups were observed and compared.Results The observation group 2 had a higher success rate for the correction of breech presentation than the observation group 1 and the control group(P<0.05);in the breech presentation correction,pregnant women in the observation group 2 exhibited lower incidence rates of various adverse reactions than the control group,the observation group 1 exhibited lower incidence rates of adverse reactions,except frequent fetal movement and umbilical cord around the neck,as compared with the control group(all P<0.05);the observation groups 1 and 2 had higher compliance for the correction than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of stooping-chest position combined with deep breathing achieves a higher success rate for breech presentation correction in the third trimester,exhibiting a good safety and a favorable maternal compliance,which is of clinical promotion and application.
