壮医药线点灸联合电针治疗缺血性脑卒中软瘫期大鼠的效果

摘　　要：目的观察壮医药线点灸联合电针治疗缺血性脑卒中软瘫期大鼠的效果。方法选取150只健康SD大鼠,采用线栓法结扎右侧颈总动脉,建立缺血性脑卒中软瘫期大鼠模型。造模成功后将大鼠随机分为对照组、常规康复组、电针组、药线组、药线电针组,每组30只。电针组进行电针治疗,药线组进行壮医药线点灸,药线电针组采用电针联合壮医药线点灸治疗,常规康复组采用常规推拿手法治疗,对照组不做任何处理。治疗前后观察各组大鼠外观、行为变化,并采用改良行为学Tarlov评分评价大鼠肢体功能,评价治疗后效果。结果治疗后,除对照组外,各组大鼠的外观、行为均有所改善,其中以药线电针组改善更明显。治疗后,各组大鼠改良Tarlov评分均高于治疗前,并且药线电针组评分高于其他4组(P<0.05),药线电针组疗效优于其他4组(P<0.05)。结论与常规康复、单纯电针或药线点灸相比,壮医药线点灸联合电针治疗能更有效地改善缺血性脑卒中软瘫期大鼠肢体功能,疗效更好。Objective To observe the effect of Zhuang medicine medicinal thread moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture therapy on ischemic stroke rats with flaccid paralysis.Methods In 150 healthy SD rats selected,the right common carotid artery ligation was performed by thread embolism to establish the rat model of ischemic stroke with flaccid paralysis.After successful modeling,the rats were randomly divided into control group,conventional rehabilitation group,electroacupuncture group,medicinal thread group and medicinal thread-electroacupuncture group,with 30 rats in each group.The electroacupuncture group received electroacupuncture therapy,the medicinal thread group underwent Zhuang medicine medicinal thread moxibustion,the medicinal thread-electroacupuncture group underwent electroacupuncture therapy combined with Zhuang medicine medicinal thread moxibustion,the conventional rehabilitation group was treated with conventional massage manipulation,and the control group did not receive any treatment.Changes in rat appearance and behavior before and after treatment were observed;besides,modified behavioral Tarlov score was employed to evaluate limb function of the rats,and effect assessment was conducted after treatment.Results After treatment,rats in all groups,except the control group,had a certain improvements in appearance and behavior,and the medicinal thread-electroacupuncture group exhibited more significant improvements.After treatment,modified Tarlov scores were increased in all groups as compared with the scores before treatment,and the medicinal thread-electroacupuncture group had higher scores and superior efficacy than the other four groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to conventional rehabilitation,electroacupuncture or medicinal thread moxibustion alone,Zhuang Medicine medicinal thread moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture therapy can improve limb function of ischemic stroke rats with flaccid paralysis more effectively,achieving a more favorable efficacy.
