摘　　要：自然杀伤性T细胞(natural killer T,NKT)是一种可被自身或微生物脂质抗原激活的先天性淋巴细胞,在肝脏的微血管中高度表达。激活后的NKT细胞可分泌促炎或抗炎细胞因子和趋化因子,影响机体免疫耐受环境。NKT细胞包括2种不同亚型,它们具有不同的抗原识别模式,并且在炎症性肝病中具有相反的作用。深入探讨NKT细胞在肝脏疾病中的作用及机制对延缓肝病病理进程至关重要。Natural killer T cells(NKT)are a type of congenital lymphocytes that can be activated by thend affect the body’s immune tolerance environment.NKT cells include two different subtypes,which have different patterns of antigen recognition and have opposite roles in inflammatory liver disease.Indepth discussion of the role and mechanism of NKT cells in liver disease is important to delay the pathological process of liver disease.
