摘　　要：工作气压是影响空心阴极放电的重要参数,研究了不同气氛下工作气压对可控区域空心阴极放电特性的影响。结果表明:Ar气氛下,较高气压促使空心阴极产生较多带电粒子,空心阴极放电增强;C 2H 2气氛下,C2H2的电负性吸收电子,削弱空心阴极放电,气压越高放电越弱;Ar/C 2H 2混合气氛下,Ar放电产生的电子弥补C 2H 2消耗的电子,气压越高,空心阴极放电增强。The working pressure is an important parameter that affects the discharge of the hollow cathode.The influence of the working pressure on the discharge characteristics of the controllable area hollow cathode under different atmospheres is studied.The results show that the higher pressure causes the hollow cathode to produce more charged particles,and the hollow cathode discharge is enhanced in Ar atmosphere.In the C 2H 2 atmosphere,the electronegativity of C 2H 2 absorbs electrons,weakening the hollow cathode discharge,the higher the pressure,the weaker the discharge.In the mixed atmosphere of Ar and C 2H 2,the electrons produced by Ar discharge make up for the electrons consumed by C 2H 2.The higher the air pressure,the stronger the hollow discharge.
