摘 要:针对迫击炮武器系统信息化改型需求,设计了某新型机电一体化瞄准系统。安装托架为瞄准系统与炮有效联接的过渡件,其结构设计合理性直接影响瞄准系统工作稳定性。基于有限元法建立了实际安装托架结构的力学模型,并对其进行了模态及刚强度分析。设计并建立了新型瞄准系统的三维实体模型,开展实弹射击试验,以实测瞄准系统安装部位的冲击加速度作为有限元分析的输入载荷,对结构进行合理简化后导入有限元分析软件中进行结构模态及刚强度分析计算。通过对安装托架仿真计算校核,指导现有结构改型设计,从而有效避免因安装托架损伤引起的瞄准系统失效发生。A new mechatronics aiming system was designed aiming at the needs of information transformation of mortar weapon system.Mounting bracket is the connecting structure between the aiming system and the mortar.In order to verify the rationality of the structural design and material selection of the mounting bracket suffering from overload impact load,the modal and strength of the mounting bracket were analyzed based on the finite element method.A three-dimensional aiming system model is designed and established.After reasonably simplifying the mounting bracket,it into finite element analysis software to carry out structure mode and strength calculation,and the impact acceleration measured at the mounting position of the aiming system is taken as the input load of the finite element analysis.The result of the simulation can guide the structural modification design meanwhile effectively avoid the failure of the aiming system caused by the damage of the mounting bracket.
