摘 要:为了探究轻质材料在铁路客车上的应用,达到车辆轻量化的目的,提出一种碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)一系圆弹簧。基于传统钢圆弹簧的基本结构,采用CFRP替代钢材料,设计了一种新型一系圆弹簧。根据GB/T1239.6标准对CFRP圆弹簧刚度进行仿真分析。在此基础上,建立高速列车多体系统动力学模型,并对钢圆弹簧和CFRP圆弹簧的车辆稳定性、平稳性和安全性进行对比分析。结果表明:CFRP圆弹簧的车辆稳定性、平稳性和安全性指标值与钢圆弹簧基本保持一致,但其质量降低了80%,表明将轻质材料应用到圆弹簧设计中具有可行性,可为其在高速列车圆弹簧上的应用提供指导。In order to explore the application of light materials in railway tpassenger cars to achieve the purpose of vehicle lightweight,this paper presents a series of round springs consisting of a carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP).Based on the basic structure of traditional steel circular spring,it uses CFRP to replace steel material to design a new type of one-series circular spring.The stiffness of CFRP circular spring was simulated and analyzed according to GB/T1239.6 standard.On this basis,this paper establishes the dynamic model of high-speed train multi-body system,and compares and analyzes the vehicle stability,stability and safety of steel and CFRP round springs.The results show that the vehicle stability,comfort and safety indexes of CFRP round springs are basically consistent with those of steel round springs,but the mass of CFRP round springs is reduced by 80%,which indicates that the application of lightweight materials in the design of round springs is feasible and can provide guidance for the application of CFRP round springs in high-speed trains.
