摘　　要：上颌中切牙埋伏阻生会对患者咀嚼、发音功能及美观产生严重影响,危害患者的身心健康。本文对上颌埋伏中切牙治疗方法的研究进展作一综述,包括拔除术、自体牙移植及外科手术助萌法联合正畸治疗等。只有掌握了各类方法的优缺点和适应证,才能抓住最佳治疗时机,制订最合适的治疗计划,从而获得良好的临床疗效。Impacted maxillary central incisors have significant detriments on patients′masticatory function,pronunciation function and appearance,thus harming patients′physical and mental health.This article reviews the research progress of treatments for the impacted maxillary central incisors,including surgical extraction,autotransplanted tooth,and surgical exposure combined with orthodontic traction.Only by grasping the advantages,disadvantages and indications of various treatments can dentists seize the best treatment opportunity and formulate the most appropriate treatment plan,so as to obtain good clinical efficacy.
