摘　　要：牙槽骨缺损是一类常见的口腔疾病,严重影响患者的口腔功能、颌面美观及身心健康,极大地降低了患者的生活质量。炎症、外伤、肿瘤切除及某些先天性疾病常可导致牙槽骨缺损,这给以牙槽骨重建为基础的手术治疗方案带来极大的挑战。因此有效完成牙槽骨的修复与再生,对重建口腔功能具有重要意义。随着生物医用材料学的快速发展及临床治疗手术方法的不断创新和改进,牙槽骨修复与再生的可预期性日益增强,可供选择的治疗方式越来越多。本文就目前临床应用较为广泛且可预期性较高的骨增量技术作一简要概述。Alveolar bone defect is a common oral disease which severely affects patients’oral function,maxillofacial aesthetics,and physical and mental health and greatly reduces their quality of life.Inflammation,trauma,tumor resection,and some congenital diseases can cause alveolar bone defect,which brings great challenges to surgical treatment regimens based on alveolar bone reconstruction.Therefore,effective repair and regeneration of alveolar bone has great significance for reconstruction of oral function.With the rapid development of biomedical material sciences and the continuous innovation and improvement of surgical procedures in clinical practice,the predictability of alveolar bone repair and regeneration becomes stronger and there is an increasing number of treatment methods.This article reviews the widely used bone augmentation techniques with high predictability in clinical practice.
