半可调[牙合]架结合数字化技术在牙列缺损伴严重磨耗患者牙列缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨半可调[牙合]架结合数字化技术对牙列缺损伴严重磨耗患者牙列缺损修复效果。方法采用半可调[牙合]架结合数字化技术修复牙列缺损伴严重磨耗患者1例,并结合文献进行复习。结果最终修复体口内试戴固位良好,正中[牙合]位均匀咬合,无早接触,患者下颌前伸、侧方运动无[牙合]干扰。患者对修复后的面型、发音、咀嚼功能表示满意。结论半可调[牙合]架结合数字化技术修复牙列缺损伴严重磨耗患者牙列缺损效果满意。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of semi-adjustable articulator combined with digital technology in the restoration of dentition defect in patients with dentition defect and severe attrition.Methods A patient with dentition defect and severe attrition underwent the restoration of dentition defect with a semi-adjustable articulator combined with digital technology,and related articles were reviewed.Results The final prosthesis had good retention and even occlusion in the centric occlusion position,without early contact or interference in mandibular protrusion and lateral movement.The patient was satisfied with the facial shape,pronunciation,and masticatory function after restoration.Conclusion Semi-adjustable articulator combined with digital technology has a satisfactory effect in the restoration of dentition defect in patients with dentition defect and severe attrition.
