摘 要:零售组织是各种零售企业存在方式、架构形式及其进行零售活动的组织方式。从历史来看,零售组织业态更迭是适应经济发展的商业模式创新的结果,数字化转型的核心是围绕企业决策优化的数字化能力建设;从逻辑来看,流通组织方式转型、消费结构升级、零售内涵丰富对零售组织数字化转型提出了更高的要求;从历史和逻辑统一来看,零售组织数字化须从供应链结构优化、企业组织服务升级、政府规制管理创新入手,更好地推动线上线下互动,为形成强大的国内市场提供一定的参考.Retail organization is the existence,structure and organization of various retail enterprises.Historically,the change of retail organization is the result of business model innovation that adapts to economic development.The core of digital transformation is the construction of digital capacity around the optimization of enterprise decision-making.From a logical point of view,the transformation of circulation organization mode,consumption structure upgrade,retail connotation enrichment puts forward higher requirements for the digital transformation of retail organizations.From the perspective of historical and logical unity,the digitalization of retail organizations should start with the optimization of the supply chain structure,the upgrading of enterprise organization service,and the innovation of government regulation and management,so as to better promote the online and offline interaction and provide certain reference for the formation of a strong domestic market.
