高校智库视域下校企合作助力应用型人才培养研究--以医学院校为例

摘　　要：新时期以高校智库搭建的连接平台为依托,依靠高校智库的双方介入优势,能充分整合校企双方的资源,弥补双方在人才需求和人才培养方面的鸿沟,缩短学生在校学习和就业岗位需求的差距,增强学生理论知识应用到实际工作中的能力。高校智库与校企合作协同助力高校实现应用型人才培养,从而提高人才培养的质量,同时为企业量身打造更具岗位胜任力面向未来的应用型人才,以期为高校应用型人才培养提供创新思路。In the new era, relying on the connection platform set up by University think tanks, relying on the advantages of both sides of University think tanks, we can fully integrate the resources of both schools and enterprises, make up the gap between the two sides in terms of talent demand and talent training, shorten the gap between students’ learning in school and job demand, and enhance students’ ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical work. The University think tank cooperates with the University and enterprise to help the University realize the application-oriented talents training, so as to improve the quality of talents training, and at the same time, to create more qualified application-oriented talents for the future for enterprises, so as to provide innovative ideas for the application-oriented talents training in Colleges and universities.
