摘　　要：腹腔镜技术已广泛应用于结直肠肿瘤的手术治疗,但传统的腹腔镜手术仍需辅助切口取出标本。由于右半结肠解剖结构复杂,血管变异多,全腔镜下消化道重建技术要求相对较高,因此NOSES ⅧA法是NOSES系列术式中较难的一种。本文介绍一例右半结肠癌应用NOSES手术方式经阴道拖出标本病例。Laparoscopic technology has been widely used in the surgical treatment of colorectal tumors,but traditional laparoscopic surgery still requires auxiliary incisions to remove specimens.NOSESⅧA is one of the most difficult techniques in NOSES,because of the anatomic complexity and variation.Unlike circular stapled anastomosis,the total laparoscopic reconstruction of the digestive tract is more complex.This article reports a case of right colon tumor with transvaginal specimen extraction.
