摘　　要：罗非鱼加工出口已经成为了我国的重要产业,广东省一年出口罗非鱼的量约为50万t,这带动了渔业养殖技术和产品加工技术的发展和进步。在罗非鱼加工过程中会产生大量的废弃物,这些废弃物当中含有较多的活性物质,可以被应用于食品、医药、美容以及饲料生产等多个领域。基于此,本文从罗非鱼加工废弃物的概述出发,探究综合利用这些废弃物的必要性,最后分析了具体的利用形式,希望为相关领域工作人员提供参考与借鉴。China’s tilapia processing and export has become an important industry.The annual export volume of tilapia in Guangdong Province is about 500000 tons,which drives the development and progress of fishery culture technology and product processing technology.In the process of tilapia processing,there will be a lot of waste,which contains more active substances,which can be used in food,medicine,beauty and feed production and other fields.Based on this,this paper starts from the overview of tilapia processing waste,explores the necessity of comprehensive utilization of these wastes,and finally analyzes the specific utilization forms,hoping to provide reference and reference for staff in related fields.
