摘　　要：当前,经济突飞猛进,人们生活水平不断提升,思想意识也逐渐进步,对物质和精神享受的需求逐渐增加,对粮油产品的质量标准要求也不断增长。人们对粮油质量的要求已经不仅限于粮油质量的原有概念,而是涉及食品的物理性质、化学性质、生物作用、卫生指标和营养指标等各个要素。在粮食产量大量增加的背景下,杀虫剂和各种农药、化肥的应用范围也日益广泛,在一定程度上对粮食产生了严重污染,虽然应用少量化肥不会对人体产生不良影响,但若是长期、不规范使用,将导致粮食作物污染,对人体健康产生不良影响,所以需要强化粮油检验,提升食品安全性。At present,the economy is advancing by leaps and bounds,people’s living standards are constantly improving,ideological and ideological progress is also gradually,the demand for material pursuit and spiritual enjoyment is gradually increasing,the quality standard requirements for grain and oil products are also constantly increasing.People’s requirements for grain and oil quality have not only been defined in the original concept of grain and oil quality,but also involved in the physical properties of the video,chemical properties,biological effects,health indicators and nutritional indicators of various elements.Under the background of a large increase in food production,the pesticides and the application scope of all kinds of pesticides and fertilizers are also increasingly widely,to a certain extent,produces serious pollution to food,although a small amount and short of fertilizer application,with no adverse impact on the human body,but if it is a long-term consumption,will lead to food crop pollution,adverse effect to human body health,so it needs to strengthen the grain and oil inspection standards,improve food safety.
