摘 要:建立了一种高效液相色谱同时测定4,4′-联苯二酚和4,4′-二氯二苯砜在塑料食品接触材料中迁移量的方法,并选择了3种不同基质的4种溶液作为模拟介质,分析了与塑料食品接触材料接触过程中,4,4′-联苯二酚和4,4′-二氯二苯砜的迁移量。方法最终优化条件:测定采用Agilent液相色谱柱,流动相为甲醇—水进行梯度洗脱,使用二极管阵列检测器,测定波长为250 nm和270 nm。结果表明:建立的液相方法简单高效并且稳定;分析时间仅为10 min;检出限为0.01 mg·kg-1,方法回收率在90%~110%;测定值的相对标准偏差均小于3.0%,两种化合物在0.05~1.00 mg·L-1浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数R2均大于0.999;将此方法应用于测定20款不同品牌的聚亚苯基砜(PPSU)奶瓶中4,4′-联苯二酚和4,4′-二氯二苯砜的迁移量,结果显示两者均未检出。A method for the simultaneous determination of 4,4′-bisphenol and 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone in plastic food contact materials by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.Four solutions of three different simulated media were selected to test the migration quantity of 4,4′-bisphenol and 4,4′-dichlorodiphenylsulfone which may be contained in the contact process of plastic food contact materials.The final optimization method conditions were as follows:Agilent C18 column was used as stationary phase,while mixtures of methanol water in various ratios were used as mobile phase in gradient elution.Diode array detector was used for detection,which the wavelength as 250,270 nm for 4,4′-bisphenol and 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone.The results show that the established method is simple,efficient and stable;Compounds analysis takes only ten minutes;the lower limit of determination is 0.01 mg·kg-1,the recovery of the method is between 90%~110%;the relative standard deviation of the measured values is less than 3.0%;The linearity of the two compounds is good in the concentration range of 0.05~1.00 mg·L-1,and the correlation coefficient R2 is greater than 0.999;The method is applied to the determination of 4,4′-bisphenol and 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone in 20 brands of PPSU milk bottles,and the results show that neither of them is detected.
