摘　　要：分析了现阶段掘进机用第一运输机固定出料口应用的局限性。为解决掘进机不能根据实际巷道情况实现任意位置出料的问题,研究了一种万向结构的运输机,此运输机可以实现出料口高低可调节、左右可以摆动,实现任意方向的出料。极大地提高了运输机对巷道任意后配套运输系统的适应性,提高掘进机设备的核心竞争力。Analyzed the limitations of the application of the first conveyor fixed outfall in the roadheader at present.In order to solve the problem that the roadheader can not adjust outfall at any position according to the actual situation of the roadway,a conveyor with universal structure conveyor was studied.The conveyor can adjust the height of the outfall,swing left and right,and adjust the outfall in any direction.It greatly improves the adaptability of the conveyor for any after supporting transportation system in roadway,and increases the core competitiveness of the roadheader equipment.
